We are an Eat Scotland venue and have just been awarded a "Recommended by Trip Advisor" sticker! The Courtyard is perfectly positioned for a pre-show meal if you are going to entertainment venue DGOne or the historic Theatre Royal, which are both just round the corner, and Dumfries Music Club hold most of their concerts at St John's Church, right on our doorstep.
We are also well placed for walks and fishing on the River Nith, as well as Dumfries and County Golf Course. We have storage for bicycles if you are cycling from John 'o' Groats to Land's End (or vice versa) or if you are in the area to do some Mountain Biking at the 7 Stanes courses.
